If you are not completely satisfied with your Espai Gustavo purchase, please contact our Customer Service at We are here to help! We will give you a personalized and appropriate response to your situation.
Customer Service must be contacted for an authorization for your return or exchange to be accepted. We will give you a personalized response appropriate to your situation.
All returns must be made in their original conditions and packaging within 14 days of delivery in order to receive an e-commerce credit or exchange. Refunds are not permitted.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.   

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of masks.
Items with a written dedication are also non-returnable.


Order processing will take approximately 2-3 business days. Packages are shipped via official logistics and transit times are dependent upon the destination. Shipping costs are based on the package weight and final destination. All packages are insured by official logistics for the full retail value; however, once a package has been delivered, Espai Gustavo and official logistics are no longer responsible for providing insurance for the package.
For international shipping destinations, please note that additional time will be needed to process and ship international orders and that the additional duties and taxes associated with the purchase are the recipient’s responsibility. If a package is not accepted and returned to Espai Gustavo, an e-commerce credit for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs will be issued.
All products are inspected prior to packing and we stand behind our merchandise. Should your items arrive in less than perfect condition, you will need to contact Customer Service at within 24 or 48 hours of package delivery.
